Yummy Fried Red and White Cabbage with Turkey Bacon

1/2 head Red Cabbage
1/2 Head White Cabbage
1/2 Cup of Chopped Yellow Onions
3 Slices Apple Gate Farms Uncured Turkey Bacon (ripped into pieces)
3 TBSP Trader Joe's Muscat Orange Champagne Vinegar
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt (to taste)
Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Butter (optional)

In a large skillet fry ripped up Turkey Bacon for about 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped onions and stir.
Let Onions Caramelize slightly for about 2 minutes.
Add both Red and White Cabbage and stir.
Cook for 2 minutes constantly stirring.
Add Vinegar
Add Olive Oil.
Stir for another 5-6 minutes until desired tenderness is reached.

Serve (add butter for a extra flavor if desired)
