Use Your Printer

I've tried diets before but have never felt motivated to keep on with it. Then I started to check on the computer to see what is out there on diets and exercise. Boy! What a load of great stuff there is.

Diets...Tips...Exercises...Healthy Recipes...Motivation Sites. You name it they have it. So now I have printed out so much information that I am now on my seventh folder. Instead of sitting in the evening and watching television and eating junk food I am now printing out everything I need to get myself going then I read through it all later.

In the last 8 weeks I have lost 28 pounds...I get out walking more often and have even bought myself workout videos which I do...which is amazing for me as before now exercise was just a bad word.

I still have a long way to go but I am convinced this time that I will attain my goal this time. So go on yourself a favor...use that computer for more than playing games and chatting.
