The rice diet day is your last cabbage soup diet day. The same procedure is waiting for you... shaking, drinking, cutting vegetable stripes, preparing a salad, shaking...
If your cabbage soup stock is almost empty, cook yourself another portion of your favorite soup.
Favorite Soup? You can't see and smell cabbage soup any more? That is understandable. After this day your diet ends and you can enjoy your life with all your senses.

Of course it should be the "right" nutrition - that gives you energy, satisfies your body and makes your soul happy. But first of all let's start your last diet day: the rice diet day.
The 7th diet day should be no problem for you. On the plan you'll find vegetables. And for lunch and/or dinner you'll have risotto with mushrooms. Of course you may cut also other vegetables in your risotto. As starter eat your cabbage soup!
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
150 g champignons or other mushrooms
5 branches parsley
80 g fast cooking natural rice
175 ml hot vegetable broth
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, black pepper
Peal onion and cloves of garlic and cut them into small cubes. Heat oil in a pot and steam onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the rice and fry for short then add the hot broth. Let it cook and then let it simmer at low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Peal Carrots and cut them in thin slices. Wash the mushrooms and cut them in thin slices too. After 10 minutes of rice simmering put both to the rice. Stir from time to time.
Wash parsley, dry it and hack the leaves. Season the risotto with salt, pepper and lemon juice. At last add the parsley.
Even now - don't weigh yourself in the evening of diet day 7. Tomorrow morning you may stay on a scale. But pay attention!
If you're a woman and you're at the end of your cyclus - this could be frustrating. But for sure you know how much heavier you're usually then and subtract the difference.
