Eating only soup, fruit and veg

Will I still loose weight if I only eat the soup, vegetables and fruit for the whole week and nothing else?

Also I don't really have time to excercersise in the morning, is that essential? I currently go 3 times a week in the evening.

"cabbage soup, fruit and vergetables" is a very radical weight loss concept - and yes you will loose weight but it is not very healthy. Your suggested concept is more radical than the cabbage soup diet. When you do this for one whole week it is very hard (hunger cravings) and also you lack in protein. Make sure to drink at leat 1-2 protein shakes per day.

A healthier option would be to implement cabbage soup, fruit and vegetables only one day per week (e.g. mondays) over a longer period of time. This is very healthy, purifying and you will shed pounds in the long run.

Or use the cabbage soup as a starter before your regular meals as often as you can. This will reduce the amount of your meal and longterm it leads to a healthy weight loss too.

3 times exercises per week is great - also in the evening! Just keep on!

Is it true if you eat more soup everyday I will loose more weight?

Hi EJ,
there exist several studies (my self study included) that you eat less in total with a soup as a starter.

Researchers at Penn State University have found that consuming soup before a meal cuts up to 100 calories off a meal. A weight loss of 10 pounds over a year is very realistic with this kind of diet concept.
