Chinese Chicken Cabbage Soup

1 Bok Choy (stalks only)
1 Napa Cabbage (leafy part only, not stalk)
1 Whole Chicken (with or W/O skin)
Water to cover
4 inches fresh ginger

Soy Sauce
1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic
Hot Peppers (or juice of)

Put chicken in water, boil with peeled sliced ginger.

20 minutes before chicken is done, add sliced cabbages. Serve over rice if desired.
Add sauce to soup broth. That's it!
