1. Introduction

Let me be the first to say that I am probably just as excited as you are that you are actually reading your very first issue of the CabbageSoupXpress and I want to thank you for subscribing!

With each newsletter you will get more and more great bits of information to add to your dieting experience.

If you will, please think of today's issue of CabbageSoupXpress as a run through or refresher for you, on what the website has to offer...

First, I would like to recap on some of the things to see on my Website that you may have missed on your first visit. There are many pages to check out and I know that it can be virtually impossible to do all of that in just one visit.

I am also both very excited and pleased to bring to you, several of our brand new pages.

Each of the pages that are listed below are packed full of knowledge, giving you important information related to weight loss and fitness. If you haven't done so already, then please feel free to check out each of the pages listed below when you can. You may find that there is more information then you first noticed.

So are you ready to learn some stimulating and exciting information about nutrition and diet? Perfect! Then without further delay, let's get into the good stuff!

2. Brand New Additions to our Pages

Below is a list of some of the newest pages that I have added. Take your time and check each one out. There is a great deal of information on each page and I do not want you to miss anything that you may need:

Sitemap – Because my cabbage soup diet site is constantly growing and becoming more and more successful I have found that a sitemap is extremely helpful. We are more than 3 years old now and offer over 200 WebPages in all, fully-packed with valuable information for a healthy lifestyle. You can find all the information that you need in one place. Keep in mind that as we add more pages the sitemap will also change, so be sure to check back here regularly.

Sonoma Diet Review – The Sonoma Diet just may be the perfect option after you have done the 7 day cabbage soup diet or the 3 day cabbage soup diet, so this will be a page you won’t want to miss.

3 Day Cleansing Diet – We all know that in order to make a 7 day diet work you need time. Some of us do not have the luxury of being able to devote the full 7 days into the diet. Perhaps that is the main reason why there has been such a huge demand from people wanting a 3 day cabbage soup diet plan.

As the website becomes more and more interactive, it will become more of an asset to people in the healthy diet community. I am excited to let you know that you will have the opportunity to contribute your both your healthy recipes and weight loss tips to the whole world.

A very exciting addition that I will be adding is another section which will dispel the common nutrition myths that you may hear about daily. These Myths about Nutrition are everywhere, and they can completely destroy your weight loss progress if you let them. So many people will base their diet attempts on these myths alone and that is why I'm working zealously on finding these myths and shedding light on the most common ones that I find, so stay tuned for that.

Later on down the road, I also plan on adding a section which will cover nutrition tips for children. Although children cannot do the cabbage soup diet, they need nutrition and fitness advice too!

There will be other, smaller additions to the site as well, so stay tuned for those. And on that note... .
