Find in the following the most classic and basic 7 day diet plan option, with the cabbage soup. This is the one I used more than twenty years ago. It's very simple but lacks in the so important protein.

Eat all the fruit you want (but no bananas). Eat only your cabbage soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks - unsweetened teas and water.

Stuff yourself with vegetables, all raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to prefer leafy green vegetables. Please stay away from dry beans, corn and peas. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your cabbage soup. At dinner, you may reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Today no fruits are allowed.

Mix Days One and Two of the 7 Day cabbage soup diet: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want, except of the potato. Don't forget to drink at least eight big glasses of water. Find here the Fruit and Vegetable Diet day. It's the convenient version of day three - with added protein.
This day is very important as it lessens your desire for sweets. The main food on day four is bananas and Skim Milk. You may eat as many as six to eight bananas (depending on the size) and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. Drink at least eight big glasses of water.

Eat today ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 10 big glasses of water this day. This helps to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your cabbage soup at least once this day. The more the better. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one of the beef days (but not both).

Eat Beef and Vegetables as much as you want. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables, but no potato. Eat your soup at least once better twice. Drink at least eight big glasses of water. If you prefer poultry or fish, you can substitute the beef.

Day seven of the 7 day diet plan is based on brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again eat it to your heart's content. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day. Drink at least eight big glasses of water.
