whey protein in the banana shake

Can i use muscle milk - whey protein in the banana shake. If so, how much and how many times in the day soould i have it. I am a girl (27 yrs) with 28bmi and low metabolism

Dear Neet,
you can use muscle milk - whey protein too.
But you should know that it has a higher fat content than regular whey protein.
I would drink not more than three banana shakes per banana diet day - each made based on 1 1/2 table spoon muscle milk - whey protein per serving.

Hi Gabriele,

I am finally done with my diet. Thanks for your suggestions before. But finally on morning of day 7 my weight was 4.9 almost 5 pounds lighter. I felt that on day 8 that is when you usually ask everyone to check the weight I should be even lighter but alas! I was more again by 1.5 pounds. Hence total weight loss reduced to 3.4 pounds. I am 159 pounds now with 5 feet 3 inches height and have a long way to go. Ofcourse I am having my periods since 3 days and don't have any idea if that could be a reason for weight gain as I am bleeding more on my 3rd day that is 8th day for csd.

What would you suggest for me to loose some more weight. Please don't ask me to have any soup for some time now.


Dear Neet,
how did you know? In deed I would have liked to recommend to you a cabbage soup or another vegetable soup as a starter. This small step helps to lose more pounds in the long run.

But if you can't eat soup at the moment then my recomendation would be to check one of the longterm weight loss options that suits you: weight loss programs

One concept I prefer is "low fat nutrition".

Hi Gabriele,

thanks for your answer on spicy soup reciepe. However i have some concerns on my day 6. last i wrote was on day 4 where i lost 3.5 pounds and you congratulated me. but next day i gained 2 pounds after banana diet with protien shake. I will be honest, i just did some crunches and nothing else for workout that day. on day 2 of diet i had gone to the gym and felt very weak so i never ventured it again. Also, since day 4 i havent had any bowel. today is day 6 and i have lost one pound since day five. hence total weight loss till now is still 2.4 pounds which is less than my 4th day acheivement.
another thing, till day 3 i followed religiously the classic soup diet- no protein. then day 4 i had protien shake with 3 bananas total in th entire day along with soup. day five i had 8 ounces chicken grilled and soup. also, all days i drank enough water. but now i am feeling the weight loss is not working. i feel after putting in so much am i just gona be 2.4 pounds down!
please help!
did this happen as i mixed the classic and convienient diet?

Spicy recipe of cabbage soup?

Thanks for your answer before on muscle milk whey protein. I made fresh cabbage soup for day 4 and 5. Today being day 4. I used the spicy soup version from another CSD site. They use 5 cups of chicken broth in it. Also there was no capsicum which I hate. Other ingredients were onion, green onions, carrots, tomato, jalapeƱo, salt pepper, celery, and cabbage. This recipe tastes so gud. That worries me coz all things that taste gud might not be gud for ya...
Please suggest soon so I can do the right thing for dinner!Thank a lot.. I have lost 3.5 pounds till now. Hope I loose more.
