What is the equivalent to beef on day 5 and how much can i eat?

I do not eat beef, so i have substitutes beef for grilled chicken, it says we can eat up to 20 ounces of beef, how much is the equivalent in chicken? Can I have it for lunch and dinner? also, are we allowed mustard with the chicken?

Thank you for your question. Yes you may have chicken instead of beef on day 5 + 6 of the cabbage soup diet. But pleaese pay attention that the chicken is without skin. See a recipe suggestion on this page.
For quantity the same is true as for beef. You may have 20 ounces or 600 grams lean chicken/beaf or fish on each of the "meat days".
E.G. 10 ounces for lunch and 10 ounces for dinner.
Mustard is allowed in very limited quantities - we recommend not more than 1 teaspoon per day.
