veggies on day two

I want to know if you have to eat the veggies by them selfs or it i can put something on them or what the rule is on this?
Dear Joanna,
you may have one tablespoon olive oil per day. This you could use for steaming veggies or as dressing base for a vegetable salad with some vinegar, herbs and low sodium seasoning.
