vegetarian option for day 5

Hi I am a vegetarian ...what do I swap beef with? I don't eat any non veg. pls tell me thanks.
Day after tomorrow is my day 5.....BTW i didn't lose any weight in the first two days...is that Ok?

you can have tofu instead of beef.

Regarding weight loss - this is very individual! Some people see an impressive weight loss only the day AFTER the 7 day cabbage soup diet.
Stick close to the plan, eat sufficient cabbage soup (best with low sodium cubes) together with regular fat burning workouts and you will see an impressive weight loss too.
