Unsweetened, dried fruit
Hi! I found some plain, all natural unsulfured and unsweetened dried mango. I also got some freeze dried bananas for day 4.
I know it says no dried fruit but theses have nothing added to the fruit, including no sugar. Should it be ok to eat a small amount?
I understand your thinking and yet don't eat it now! You may have those unsweetened, dried fruits after the cabbage soup diet week, but now they are too "carbohydrate" concentrated! The rule for the diet week is no "dried fruits" - no matter what kind;) - for best results!
