Tuna fish on meat diet day

Hi Great site, thanks.

I am thinking to eat tuna on day 5. How much can I eat. Tomorrow is my day 5. I appreciate all your advice you've been giving to people.


Hi Halimah,
thank you for your compliment regarding my website.
You may eat tuna fish (without) oil as much as you like on day 5 and 6, but we recommend not more than 200 g - 300 g tuna fish per day. Eat instead more cabbage soup for best weight loss results.
