Trying the Diet

I am on day 2 (7th July) and i am finding it hard to continue.. Have been drinking a lot of water please help... need to survive
Hi Janet,
day 2 is the hardest day for most of us.
If you feel weak or nervous try to nibble some carrots.
Whenever hungry eat a cup of cabbage soup and be sure tomorrow from tomorrow on it will get easier and easier.
Please add 2 protein shakes per day to protect your muscle mass!
