4th day into my diet
I want to thank you all for your help ever time I had a question your quick response help me get through this week!!!! I am so happy and proud to say I lost 10 pounds it sounds incredible even to me! I still have a long way to go but this is a great start for me.
No food is worth me gaining that weight back!! I am determined to keep the 10 pounds off and still lose some more. The tip I can give anyone starting this diet is to change the seasoning in the soup every time you make a new batch of soup to make it more exciting to eat! On my last few days I added fennel it is soooooo good, it made me want to eat the soup. I think my last day was the hardest to eat the soup I could eat the rice ,but the soup I was really tired of eating. I wish you all the best with your diets and know that If I can do it anyone can do it!!!!

Please keep the cabbage soup at hand also after the cabbage soup diet week and use it as a starter before your meals. By doing this you can shed even more pounds in the long run.
