I started the cabagge soup diet 3 days ago and have lost 5 kg! My tall is 163 and my weight is 68 and now 63. My goal is 50 kg and with this diet, which is so fast and making feel you good, I will be finally succesful. I feel that. I started so many diets and never was successful but I put on more weight and more weight. Through all this diets, I put on 18 kg weight!
But this diet makes me feel good and keep staying with the program. I do sport and I am feeling healthy and somehow new. Yeah, I feel like I am new born.

This diet is a good start into a new healthy life! And it makes the beginning very easy. Before the diet I was so unhappy, so desperate... Because I thought I never can be succesful and have the body I am wishing. But now I see results, I feel it a little and now I have hope and believe. I think positive ;-)

So to all readers:
with this diet it is more easy to beginn a new life, because you'll see fast results, you'll become happy and motivation. Good Luck!

i am fast losing motivation

Day three and really really tired my limbs feel so heavy and just want to sleep, i'm not drinking much of the soup about 1-2 bowls a day, but keeping regimented to everything else.

I'm also taking a multi vitamin and iron supplement please can you give me some advice because i am fast losing motivation as don't think i have lost any weight either, my inches are all still the same.



Hi Tiffany,
don't give up. The intake of multi vitamins and minaral supplements is an important addition to the diet. Final weight loss results you will see only the day after the last cabbage soup diet day.

Eat at least 3-4 cups of cabbage soup per day for best purifying effect.

Cabbage Soup Diet Motivation

I AM TRYING TO GET MOTIVATED TO DO THIS DIET FOR AT LEAST 4 TIMES BEFORE THE NEW YEAR. I THINK IT LOOKS TO BE A VERY HEALTHY DIET AS IT ALLOWS YOU TO EAT SOME OF EVERYTHING OVER A SEVEN DAY PERIOD.

I ALSO THINK YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND LEAN MEATS, CUTTING OUT ALL THE BAD CARBS AND EATING ONLY THE GOOD ONES.

I AM EXCITED BUT A LITTLE WORRIED I WILL BE GOING ON IT DURING THE HOLIDAYS. IF I LOSE AT LEAST 10 POUNDS THE FIRST TIME I KNOW THAT WILL MOTIVATE ME FOR THE SECOND AND IF I LOSE THE SAME AMOUNT THE 2ND TIME I KNOW THAT WILL MOTIVATE ME TO GO ON IT AGAIN UNTIL I LOSE A TOTAL OF 50 POUNDS.

THEN I PLAN TO MAINTAIN BY EATING 65% FRUIT AND VEGGIES, 20% LEAN MEATS, AND ABOUT 15% OTHER SUCH AS NUTS, WHOLE GRAIN, WHOLE WHEAT PRODUCTS.

I ALSO HAVE BEEN INCORPORATING EXCERISE IN MY LIFE SO I PLAN TO INCREASE IN THAT AND CONTINUE DOING THAT. I HAVE LOST ABOUT 29 POUNDS JUST CUTTING OUT RED MEAT,PORK, SODA AND EXCERSISING A LITTLE. IT HAS TOOK ME FROM NOVEMEBER 2006 TO NOW JUST TO DO THAT SO IN A YEAR I LOSE 29 POUNDS. I NEED SOMETHING LIKE THE CABBAGE SOUP DIET TO CONTINUE THE WEIGHT LOST.

MY PRAYER IS TO LOSE 50 POUNDS WHILE ATTEMPTING THIS DIET AND TO RENEW OR HAVE A CHANGE OF MIND CONCERNING FOOD WHILE ON THE DIET SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE TO LOSE AND CONTINUE A HEALTHY LIFE.
