saute vegetables?

by Junia
(Medan,north sumatra,indonesia)

On the day 2 diet plan, it's vegetable day.
Is it okay to stir/saute the vege using olive oil?
Personally i dont like to eat vege so i find out really hard to eat it raw.

Hi Junia,
yes you may saute the veggies if you prefer on day 2. We recommend preparing the vegetables in a wok or a non-stick frying pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Make sure to use not more than 1 tablespoon olive oil per day.

cran-grape juice on cabbage soup diet?
by: Anonymous

Can I have the ocean spray cran-grape juice brand? As opposed to regular cranberry juice? Thank you so much, and what an awesome web site!!!

No! You can't have cran-grape juice instead of a cranberry juice. Grape juice is much to sweet and makes it easy for you to drink the juice in high quantities.

100% Cranberry Juice is however allowed for cabbage soup diet. This has a special reason: You can't drink it in high quantities because of its tartness...

All the best,
Gabriela
