Same ingredients...Can I change the way I eat them?

by Tina
(Canada)

On Fruit days I use frozen fruit and cranberry juice in a blender for a fruit slushie...Is this OK? Also I am getting a bit sick of the soup. I am now stir frying the ingredients and adding soya sauce. Will this change the effects at all??? Is it important to use the tomatoes in your soup?

Hi Tina,
for soup you may leave the tomatoes out. Stir frying the ingredients for soup is a delicious alternative - the Soya Sauce however contains salt, that's why we recommend only limited quantities of soya sauce, otherwise your body will retain water.

Your fruit slushie is an excellent idea especially for summertime - it's great for your fruit days.

All the best,
Gabriela
