Quinoa

My girlfriend is a protein "type", and needed a little more protein than was called for in this diet. She added a 1/2 cup of high protein quinoa to the soup, and actually lost 3 more lbs. than I did.
She lost 12lbs, while I lost 9.
She also said the soup was thicker and "meatier" than mine.
Would this addition be ok in my next batch then?

first of all congratulations to you 2!
Both weight loss results are impressive.
Adding protein shakes, low fat milk or other protein suppliers in your diet plan is highly recommended for best "fat burning effects".

It seems that adding 1/2 cup of high protein quinoa in the cabbage soup works too.
