Hello,
This is day two of my cabbage soup diet and it tastes great!! However, reading the board i was unaware i was suppose to eat 3 or 4 bowls a day. I only had two yesterday. Will this throw me off? I will start eating 4 bowls today, but how much is considered to be a bowl? can you please tell me how many cups of the soup makes one full bowl? And also, is it okay to get my baked potato from Wendy's?
Thanks
Dear Chass,
experience shows that a higher consumption of cabbage soup gives better weight loss results in return. Just keep that in mind for your remaining days. You didn't screw up anything...
One large pot (2-3 litres of cabbage soup) should last 2 days maximum. That means you should eat 1/2 pot per day - 1-1.5 litre soup minimum.
When you divide this quantity through 4 portions it equals bowls with a quantity of around 300 ml.
And 300 ml are maybe two coffee cups?!
So with 6 large coffee cups of cabbage soup
per day you are safe;-)
The recommended cabbage soup quantity is higher than most people would expect it. But this ensures a perfect detoxification and
prevents hunger attacks through the day.
All the best,
Gabriela
