pureed cabbage soup

by Unknown
(unknown)

I am confused. Should I eat all the cabbage and vegetables in the soup or just the liquid part of the cabbage soup? Thanks!

Of course you should eat all the vegetables in the soup too, not only the liquid part. Here is a tip, if you don't like the vegetable chunks: By pureeing the ingredients (after cooking) with a (wand immersion) blender you are able to disguise the vegetables which you would otherwise refuse.
Here is a convenient vegetable day version

RELATED QUESTIONS FROM OTHERS

What do you mean by drink the soup?
Aren't you supposed to eat it?

Of course the most cabbage soup diet consumers will "eat" the cabbage soup. But some people prefer to drink the soup, especially if they take the soup with them to work e.g. in a thermos bottle. They prepare it similar to a smoothie. It's also a great variation for the cabbage soup:
In a blender or food processor, puree the cabbage soup. You may thin the soup to the desired (drinkable) consistency with broth or hot water.

Puree when the soup...easy to swallow!
by: Anonymous

I couldn't stand the soup after a while....the only way I was able to swallow it, was to puree it. That way, I just gulp it down and I'm done.
