Protein supplement with carbs on cabbage soup diet

Hi there,
I am following the cabbage soup diet along with running for half an hour every morning. I know you recommended zero carbs for the protein shake, although since I am exercising, no carbs give me less energy. I bought a protein and fiber complex mix called "be-buff" for women that contains 2% daily value carbs. Will this diet still give me the average results with this protein supplement?

half an hour running every morning is an excellent start for your diet days.
The Carbs in the protein influence your insuline level in a way that may cause uncontrollable hunger cravings. This makes it hard sticking to the cabbage soup diet. But if this doesn't occur in your case then you are safe and will experience similar impressive weight loss results as with zero carbs.
