protein shake replacement

I live in Jordan Middle east , and I'm on the CSD this is day 2 and I can't find a protein powder and whey in my country, is there any alternative?

short term you may replace the protein shake with one egg white
(2 egg whites per day maximum).

In case you want to repeat this diet try to order the protein shake online. Drugstore.com for example is delivering internationally, Jordan included.
