Pressure cooker soup

Today is my first day.

I pressure cooked cabbage,carrots,spring onion,ginger,garlic,salt and pepper for abour 8-10 mins.

Just wanted to know if itz okey?

then i blend it, the mix is kinda thick, so can i add water and little lime to taste it better?

and finally, how much should i consume per day? about a liter?
eagerly waiting for ur reply.

Hi Dan,
a liter cabbage soup per day would be perfect!
Your pressure cooked soup option with added water and lime is ok.

But you should know - from the vitamine standpoint - that you best preserve the vitamines in the vegetables if you only simmer the cabbage soup for about 10 minutes.

Cooking out Vitamins

Even if you cook all the vitamins out of the vegetables, it's still in the juice though, right? So it's just as healthy if you cook it for a long time because you eat all of the soup.

Exercise for lower body!

so far i could only drink 3 cups of soup :-|

1/2 more liter to go down now.. lord, save me ..haha...

i m 68 kgs now, i want to shed 8 kgs !!! especially, my lower body. Is there any exercise u could recommend for me ?

Mother of two, so i am trying my best to stick with my cabbage soup itself :(
