Pressure cooker soup

Today is my first day.
I pressure cooked cabbage,carrots,spring onion,ginger,garlic,salt and pepper for abour 8-10 mins.
Just wanted to know if itz okey?
then i blend it, the mix is kinda thick, so can i add water and little lime to taste it better?
and finally, how much should i consume per day? about a liter?

a liter cabbage soup per day would be perfect!
Your pressure cooked soup option with added water and lime is ok.
But you should know - from the vitamine standpoint - that you best preserve the vitamines in the vegetables if you only simmer the cabbage soup for about 10 minutes.
