paneer on days 5 -6?
Is it ok to have paneer instead of tofu for vegetarians on days 5 to 6?
Hi,
Paneer is a fresh indian cheese - similar to curd cheese (ricotta) made by curdling heated milk with food acids like lemon juice.
Paneer is completely lacto-vegetarian and as source of protein for Vegetarians the perfect choice.
We don't have any experiences with paneer regarding the cabbage soup diet. But if it is low fat, low-sodium you could give it a try and report your results here.
