Only bananas and skim milk?

I'm wondering if it is ok to eat vegetables or other fruits in addition to the bananas and soup on day 4?
Hi Megan,
no vegetables and no other fruits are allowed on day 4, the banana diet day except for the bananas and the cabbage soup! This helps you to calm your stomach by reducing possible hunger attacks. You may have instead of skim milk also low fat yoghurt or other low fat dairy products.
