Olives on cabbage soup diet

Are olives or pickles allowed on any of the days??

Hi Jessica,
olives have a too high fat content, we don't allow them on the cabbage soup diet. Pickles have usually added sugar and salt, that's why we don't recommend them for the cabbage soup diet neither.

Another question. Just wondering if you can eat black and green olives. And would the be considered a fruit or vegetable?

Snacks on cabbage soup diet

Hello, please can you tell me what snacks i am allowed in between the cabbage diet. Today is my first day i had soup in the morning and i am starving at about 11. I also have the nauseous feeling of the soup so i dont want to eat that now for lunch again i will have it for supper.

if you need something crunchy - as allowed cheat one cup of bran flakes (sugar free, fat free) is allowed per cabbage soup diet day.

Most people use them for breakfast.

Allowed other foods?

Hi,
I'm Alias and I just start this diet and I actually have two Questions. My first questions is i like to eat cereal am i allowed to do so? and for my second question is if i am active in excerises am i able to lose more weight while on this 7 day plan?

Hi Alias,
as allowed cheat you may have a cup of bran cereals (sugar free, low fat) per day. Being active is a great advantage and keeps you motivated for the whole cabbage soup diet week.

In one week you may lose up to 10 pounds - and yes, with fitness exercises you might have a greater chance to achieve maximum weigt loss results.

But most important is, that you keep your fitness exercises even after the diet week to maintain or even improve your weight loss.

no salt crackers

hi,

is eating cracker allowed?
Maybe five or less cracker a day?

Please advise.


Dear Moni,

I regret - as the name indicates, salt crackers contain salt and fat. Both ingredients are contraproductive for a successful weight loss.
If you need something crunchy try a cup of low fat and sugar free bran flakes. (one cup per day maximum)
