Can I use olive oil or any veg oil on your salads?? Salt and pepper ok to use???
Dear Loise,
yes you may have 1 tablespoon olive oil or other healthy oil per day. It is up to you if you use it all together with some lemon/vinegar for a salad dressing or if you take a part of it for frying vegetables or other food.
Please limit your salt intake or choose sodium-free seasoning. Pepper is fine!
