Not feeling well
This is the third time I've done the CSD. It's been about 10 weeks since my last go. This time I am feeling really tired and down. A few weeks ago, I had an iron test and it was low.
Can I add a bit of protein to the days? What are some good, low-fat options?

the newer cabbage soup diet plans even endorse to add protein to the cabbage soup diet. You may drink 2 protein shakes per day.
This will shelter the so important muscle mass and help your body burn the fat deposits.
