No weight loss

I've started the cabbage soup diet on Monday and it is now Thursday. I haven't lost any weight yet or if I did, the most i lost was 1 lbs which is so little compared to the 4lbs i see people losing on their 1st day!
I've followed the daily instructions to the letter and haven't cheated. I even skipped the backed potato on day 3. To be honest, I'm a little discouraged because I see absolutely no change apart from the fact that i'm really bloated mornings and nights.
Is it even worth it for me to continue since most people lose their weight on the first 3 days?
Although it is my 4th day, I'm not tired of the cabbage soup like most people are. I love cabbage and drank alot of soup on my day 1-2-3, perhaps i drank more than i should have???

please don't give up! There are several factors which may influence your weight loss. Please read here my answer to a similar question. Check especially the sodium content of your soup and in case you use liptons you may want to change to a low sodium bouillon.
