I'm on day 4 and i dont see a change
Hi Catherine,
everybody reacts different to the cabbage soup diet. Some people see a weight loss only in the last days of the diet week.
Make sure to optimize water retaining factors such as "too much sodium" in your soup and switch if possible to low sodium broth.
Always a good idea is to exersise in the morning - with an empty stomach!
