on day 1, can you eat as many fruits as you want?
on day 5 and 6 can we eat the chicken and steak whatever way we want?

Hi Darin,
yes, you may eat on day 1 as many fruits as you want. Try to have a big variety.
On day 5 and day 6: prepare your chicken, meat or fish the "lean" way like grilling, baking, frying (with a bit of oil) or in a wok.

All the best,
Gabriela

Unlimited amount of fruit & Veggies?
by: stephanie miller

Can you really eat unlimited amounts of fruit and veggies with the soup? I'm scared about that because I can literally eat alot of fruit. Just so I'm clear no matter how much fruit I eat, it's ok just as long as I have at LEAST 3 bowls of soup?

Hi Stephanie,
in your special case I would limit fruits and vegetables with a high glycemic index (GI) and higher glycemic load (GL) such as melons, pineapples, pawpaws, carrots and pumpkins.
These kind of fruits and vegetables shouldn't be eaten in large quantities as they could influence your insuline level in a negative way. For fruits and vegetables with a low GI and low GL there is no limit. Enjoy!

All the best,

Gabriela
