Advanced Miracle Soup Diet

The advanced 7 day cabbage soup diet plan

Several versions of the so called miracle soup diet known as cabbage soup diet have come to light in the last years. Probably individual dieters put their own spin on the basic plan. The following plan takes into account the lack of proteins in the basic plan on several days. Read now if this plan could work for you.

Miracle Cabbage Soup Diet Plan

Day One:
Cabbage Soup
Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (EXCEPT BANANAS).
1 8-ounce serving (1 cup) of skimmed milk, or plain, low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp low- or no-fat salad dressing,
low-cal or no-cal herbs, spices, and other flavourings,
For drinks: tea or coffee, plain, or with artificial sweetener, water.

Cabbage Soup
Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your miracle soup.


At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.
1 8-ounce serving (1 cup)of skimmed milk, or plain, low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp low- or no-fat salad dressing
low-cal or no-cal herbs, spices, and other flavourings,
For drinks: tea or coffee, plain, or with artificial sweetener, water.


Day Three:
Cabbage Soup,
Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. NO BAKED POTATO.!
1 8-ounce serving (1 cup) of skimmed milk, or plain, low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp low- or no-fat salad dressing
low-cal or no-cal herbs, spices, and other flavourings,
For drinks: tea or coffee, plain, or with artificial sweetener, water.


Day Four:
Cabbage Soup
3 – 6 Bananas a along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets. 8 8-ounce serving (1 cup) of skimmed milk, or plain, low fat yoghurt and 7 8-ounce glasses skimmed milk

My special tip on the skim milk day; add non fat plain yogurt to the soup as one of glasses of milk...tastes wonderful!!!


Day Five:
Cabbage Soup
Unlimited grilled fish, unlimited grilled chicken
1 28 ounce can tomatoes, or up to 6 fresh tomatoes.
Eat your soup at least once this day.
1 8-ounce serving (1 cup)of skimmed milk, or plain, low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp low- or no-fat salad dressing
low-cal or no-cal herbs, spices, and other flavourings,
For drinks: tea or coffee, plain, or with artificial sweetener, water.
Day Six:
Cabbage Soup
Unlimited grilled fish, unlimited grilled chicken
Unlimited free vegetables, including tomatoes>br> 1 8-ounce serving (1 cup)of skimmed milk, or plain, low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp low- or no-fat salad dressing
low-cal or no-cal herbs, spices, and other flavourings,
For drinks: tea or coffee, plain, or with artificial sweetener, water.
Day Seven:
again miracle soup
Brown Rice, unlimited free vegetables,
unlimited free fruits
Again STUFF,STUFF,STUFF yourself. Be sure to eat your miracle soup at least once this day.
1 8-ounce serving (1 cup)of skimmed milk, or plain, low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp low- or no-fat salad dressing
low-cal or no-cal herbs, spices, and other flavourings,
For drinks: tea or coffee, plain, or with artificial sweetener, water.
