Poultry Meat Diet - Day 6

on the Poultry Diet Day!

Do you feel good on your poultry meat diet day? Of course you do - today you start day 6 of the cabbage soup diet. Did you already see your "love handles" a little bit melting. Today it's easier for you.

You can add to your cabbage soup also some poultry or fish and vegetables - as much as you want. You can eat a piece of skinless poultry already in the morning. For a better body acceptance of the protein drop some lemon juice on the poultry.

Same procedure as every day....

Also today - on the poultry meat diet day -like every day, drinking, drinking, drinking as much as you can. Take also your Protein Shake and Fat Burner Shake.

And not to forget: Cabbage Soup. Enjoy the soup also as a thick vegetable juice. But maybe you don't need this variation. The soup itself has potetial to turn you "addicted" to it. Many people like me enjoy the soup even months or years after their cabbage soup diet week.

Today Cabbage Soup and More

Take your soup with you to your office - and if you like - put in some chicken breast or prawns in it while heating. This tastes delicious and fills up your protein tanks with new power.

Looking forward to the evening

In the evening you make yourself a chicken dish in the pan or wok.

Instead of a poultry filet you may take also fish. Here is a wonderful chicken pan recipe:

Chicken Pan Recipe
100 g chicken chest filet
100 g snow peas
1/2 red pepper
2 spring onions
40 g soy sprouts
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vegetable broth
1 tsp oil
black pepper, salt

Direction:
Cut chicken chest in thin slices. Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce with pepper, turn your meat in it and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Wash the snow peas and cook them 2 minutes in salt water. Wash your red pepper and cut it in small cubes. Wash spring onions and cut in fine rings. Wash sprouts hot in a strainer and let them drip off .

Heat oil in a coated pan or wok. Stir fry your chicken meat 3-4 minutes while turning it around. Take your meat out and put it warm. Stir fry now your vegetables and sprouts for 4-5 minutes. Pour in the broth and taste it with soy sauce and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
