Low Fat Dressing Recipes

On the vegetable eating days, can you have dressing on a salad?
You may have 1 tablespoon non fat dressing on your salad or vegetables on your days with
vegetables (day 2, day 3 and day 6).
If you don't have low fat dressing, I'll give you in the following two low fat dressing recipes for your convenience:
best for green salads:
mix together 2 tablespoons low fat yoghurt, some lemon juice, salt and pepper according to your taste (low sodium salt preferred)
best for salads from raw vegetables like carrots, zucchini, cucumber or celery:
mix together 1 teaspoon olive oil or walnut oil, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, salt and pepper according to your taste (low sodium salt preferred)
