For Weight Loss limit your fat intake to 20-60 grams (0,6 - 1,8 oz.) per day.
Cut off excess fat from meats; Avoid red meat, concentrate on lean meats like fish and chicken.
Instead of 1 oz. (30 grams) unsweatened baking chocolate use 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder + 2 tsp. vegetable oil.
Use pot cheese instead of cream cheese, you’ll save 72 g (2,16 oz.) fat per cup!
