Hi again and thanks for your speedy response to my question on the Lipton Soup Replacement. I am however on day 4 of my diet now and I have adhered to this completely without any cheating what so ever but quite disappointingly, I have not lost as much weight as I had expected. I was 9st 5 to start off with and now I am only down 9st 3. I am quite weak today but hope that will be overcome with my consumption of 6 bananas and my skimmed milk. I am approaching 40 :-0 and I am wondering does age have anything to do with the process being slow?
