IT WORKS EVERY TIME!!!

I have used the Cabbage soup diet before every holiday for the past 4 years. 3 weeks before my holiday I do the cabbage soup diet for one week then have a week just healthy eating and then another week on the diet and it works everytime! Losing me at least 10 pounds and making me feel so energised with no cravings for sugar!!.

I don't understand why it isn't called "the Onion soup diet" as it has more onions in it than cabbage?.But Onions,cabbage, celery & tomatoes are very healthy, cleansing things to eat - so no wonder it makes you feel good!! :-)

It's tough, but rewarding!

You feel great the second day, the third weak, and the banana day drives you mad. You will stay up until midnight the next day to eat meat! Once you get to the meat your in the clear and it becomes simple and enjoyable. Just don't let people tempt you to go out on the weekend and blow all your hard work and restraint. After your challenge is maintaining and continuing your weight loss goal. I plan to use tips that I've learned through this diet. Protein, veggies, fruit. Stay away from processed and alcohol best possible. This diet is a great kick start for motivation and self control! Went from a size 8 to 4 in 7 days! Feel great and revitalized!
