I have used the Cabbage soup diet before every holiday for the past 4 years. 3 weeks before my holiday I do the cabbage soup diet for one week then have a week just healthy eating and then another week on the diet and it works everytime! Losing me at least 10 pounds and making me feel so energised with no cravings for sugar!!.
I don't understand why it isn't called "the Onion soup diet" as it has more onions in it than cabbage?.But Onions,cabbage, celery & tomatoes are very healthy, cleansing things to eat - so no wonder it makes you feel good!! :-)
