Is there any fruits other than banana that I shouldn't eat?
I heard that certain fruits contain way too much sugar, oil contents or starch just like bananas (coconuts). I am also wondering if it is ok to eat avocado for the fruits & vegetables day? Is there anything else I should avoid for fruits & vegetables when doing this diet?
We don't recommend avocado while on the cabbage soup diet because of its high fat content.
The same is true for coconuts. Bananas are allowed only on day four - the banana diet day.
On top you should avoid legumes like beans, pulses, pies or edamame.
