I had hommos on day 3 have I ruined it?
They told me it was a vege.
Hi Becky,
hommos is known as a libanese dish based on chickpeas, garlic cloves, pureed sesame, lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings. The main ingredients are chickpeas - those are legumes and not advisable for the cabbage soup diet.
Although not allowed for the cabbage soup diet week - I don't think that you have screwed it up.
Try to stick close to the plan for the remaining days and I'm sure you will still see a considerable weight loss.
