Is the cabbage soup recipe for one day or I have to make this recipe last for the seven days period?
The ingredients are for one-day period or for seven days?

the typical cabbage soup recipe ingeredients are meant for a large pot containing several batches of cabbage soup. Ideally this pot of cabbage soup should be eaten within 2 days. Successful cabbage soup dieters eat 3-4 cups of cabbage soup per day...

Wow! I never knew that. Gabriela, the diet calls for eating the soup every day doesn't it. I make a big pot of soup and have at least two bowls per day. This time I had so much left over broth of the soup, I drank it the next week.

This diet has too many variations.
