What should I do I can't tolerate the milk substitutes or soy milk what should i do?

If you can tolerate protein powder, then check out the convenient cabbage soup diet plan with added protein shakes twice a day. Instead of the suggested whey or butter milk in the recipes you add water to the protein shake and fruits.
If you can't tolerate protein powder then we
recommend to accept this fact and switch to another appropriate healthy food diet option.
