i am fast losing motivation

Day three and really really tired my limbs feel so heavy and just want to sleep, i'm not drinking much of the soup about 1-2 bowls a day, but keeping regimented to everything else.
I'm also taking a multi vitamin and iron supplement please can you give me some advice because i am fast losing motivation as don't think i have lost any weight either, my inches are all still the same.

don't give up. The intake of multi vitamins and minaral supplements is an important addition to the diet. Final weight loss results you will see only the day after the last cabbage soup diet day.
Eat at least 3-4 cups of cabbage soup per day for best purifying effect.
