Hi,

After successfully undertaking the 7 days cabbage soup diet what is the best way of not gaining the weight again. Secondly, if after the 7 days i have not attained my desired weight, what do i do? Thanks

I found drinking green tea and having cabbage soup as starter few times a week helps keep the weight off.
