Can you use the cabbage soup diet 1 week out of every month to lose all your weight?
I recommend to do the cabbage soup diet not more than 6 times per year. The rest of the time it's great to switch e.g. to low fat nutrition.
The more often you repeat this diet the less impressive will be your weight loss effect and this of course will influence your motivation to stick to this diet.
For repetition make sure to choose the healthy improved 7 day cabbage soup diet plan with added protein.

If you want to repeat the cabbage soup diet we recommend to do it 1 day off in between and then do it under a doctor’s supervision, especially if you use the old classic diet plan without protein.
