How Much soup does the recipes make? I"m goindg to buy grocries and it would be good to know (haha)

Hi Teresa,
The soup recipes refer to one big pot of soup.
One batch/pot of soup usually lasts one, maximum two days, depending on your consumption. The most of us prepare a fresh batch of soup all two days.
Another option is to prepare 4 batches in advance and freeze 3 of them.

Yes that is true,
I've done the cabbage soup diet twice. The second time I consumed 1 pot cabbage soup per day - I know that is hard, but I've lost 10 pounds in 7 days - and I was not hungry at all.

While on my first 7 day cabbage soup diet session (6 month ago) I've lost only 6 pounds. I think because I've eeaten only 2 portions cabbage soup per day and I was very hungry...

Hi Saima,
The more cabbage soup you consume the better. Most eat one large pot per two days. But if you can - eat one pot cabbage soup per day for best results.
