how much fruit on fruit diet days?

by mary scott
(manchester)

How much fruit can I eat on fruit days ?? I eat pears, apples, melon and blueberries. How much?

Dear Mary,
unbelievable - but there is no limit. And yet for the sake of overall wellbeing I would not exaggerate and instead alternate with cabbage soup.

All the best,
Gabriela

Fruit on fruit day

Yeah, I get that. Having a variety is always good, still, don't eat a lot of fruit on fruit day. The more sugar you intake the more you'll need to dispose of. This is a diet. The less you intake the more you drop. :)

Hi ladies ,I think you both misunderstood,I don`t eat all of those fruits in ONE day .What I meant was, those are the three fruits I choose from on the day.

Fruit on fruit day

I would agree with Gabriela. Don't overeat fruit. Fruit has a lot of sugar (fructose) and after a while you'll get sick of that much sweetness. I ate very little fruit during my diet. I ate only 2 apples, I orange and 2 slices of muskmelon (cantaloupe) and I had about 15 small dark grapes. The sweetness without meat started to get to me.

On veggies day, I had only two serving of mixed greens veggies and broccoli. I sliced and boiled my white potato, then mashed it and added I pat of butter with Mrs. Dash and garlic with a shake of blk pepper. I also had 5 slices of nuked sweet potato.

On combo day, I had 1 fruit with greens veggies mix for breakfast and dinner. I had another 5 slices of sweet potato.

For banana/milk day, I ate 4 bananas and drank 32 oz skim milk.

On beef and tomato day, I ate only half of the 20 oz of meat (chicken breast baked & flavored with Mrs. Dash and garlic) and 3 tomatoes. I cooked two breasts but could only eat one. I diced it and added it to the tomato and some soup veggies.

On Beef and veggie day, I ate only half the beef, if that and mixed veggies and broccoli.

On rice and veggie day, I ate two servings of rice with mixed greens and broccoli. Also the sweet potato. I also had 10oz of cranberry juice. I'd forgotten about juice on day one.

I had the soup every day at least once but each one was about two cups. I made a huge pot of soup. In fact today I had some of the liquid from the soup. The tomatoey broth.
