hot dogs on meat day

Is it ok to have all beef hot dogs on the beef days if they have no preservatives or additives?

No! Hot Dogs usually contain a mixture of beef and fat - but you can't see it, because it is mixed. The fat intake can be up to 50 %. We don't recommend beef hot dogs. Choose big lean beef steaks instead and you are safe!
