Honey on cabbage soup diet

Can I have honey while im on the soup diet or dried fruits?

Dear Chantelle,
no Honey is allowed while on cabbage soup diet.
The same is true for dried fruits.

Honey and dried fruits will both increase your hunger pains while on cabbage soup diet. This would make it hard to finish the 7 day diet week.
